The first 8 weeks of our Autumn term have been so busy it is hard to keep up!

Trips:

Year 6 have already visited Crucial crew, Eden Camp and Yarm Fair. Year 4 visited Cleveland Ironstone Mining Museum and Year 5 explored a Roman Fort. Year 3 have had their first swimming sessions. Reception explored Hardwick Park and Nursery visited Stewart Park.

Visitors:

Year 1 have had some creepy, crawly visitors from Zoolab. Year 3 have welcomed a poet. Mr Barber has given us some lovely assemblies. Representatives from the NSPCC have been in to work with Year 5 and 6 pupils.

Events:

In September we hosted our Open Afternoon so that families of children in Years 1 to 6 could share in their children’s work and Reception held their own Tea Party. We raised money for MacMillan through our coffee morning. Year 6 invited parents in for their Fairground Workshop. In the last week of the half term we welcomed parents in for parents evening, a Mellors taster event and The Big Draw.
