It really has been the busiest of busy half terms –
Ofsted – well done to everyone for showing how well ‘Team Yarm’ is doing.
Remembrance Sunday commemorations when the school was represented so well by pupils and their families.
Decorating the Christmas Tree with thanks to School Council and the band from Conyers School for getting us in the Christmas spirit.
School Council Christmas Disco which was our first Christmas disco for several years and involved a new DJ !
School Council Christmas Fayre & Sing a long – a popular event where all of Team Yarm came together for fun, games and singing – with special thanks to Mrs Besterfield & Santa Claus!
7 school performances for families to enjoy – I am very proud of the way the children represented themselves and the school, and it was lovely to share this with our community.
AND today it was Christmas dinner day – Thank you to Dawn and her team for making us a lovely meal and the PTA for providing Christmas crackers.
With lots more to come – tomorrow we have an inflatable planetarium coming into school.
