Welcome Back and a very Happy New Year 2019!
On Monday we began our ‘Mindfulness’ Project. This is 5 minutes each day where the children have an opportunity to relax and free their mind.
The children started yesterday by colouring in mandalas alongside relaxing music before being introduced to the breathing techniques that we will focus on this week. As time develops, the children will learn a range of other skills and strategies aimed at promoting wellness, mindfulness and relaxation.
