Even if it isn’t outside! We conjured up summer by preparing a deliciously tropical fruit salad, using our brilliant cutting skills. It was fun tasting different fruits and sharing our thoughts on them.
We have looked at traditional stories and not so traditional stories and were inspired to make treasure maps after reading Supertato. Our sound of the week in phonics is ‘e’. We are continuing to learn the names and sounds of the alphabet.
In Maths, our numbers of the week are 5/16 and we’ve been weighing, sorting and counting magic beans.
